Karen's 2008 Reading List

Now I started cooking with gas. I discovered LibraryThing and started cataloging my collection (I have a long ways to go, but I've made a start). I hadn't yet discovered the active and vibrant posting on the LT site, from people who care about books, who read a LOT, and who recommend a LOT.

I also came across 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die and started trying to read more and more of the "better" books, while still reading books that I simply wanted to read.
